Rush the Gnomish Demagogue

Advice

I'm currently looking to make a demagogue bard as a cohort. This is for a mostly social campaign, so combat worthiness isn't a huge issue for me. The basic idea behind this guy is a rabblerouser, inciting violence in crowds to eventually overthrow the government in a city.

He will be level 5, and I was thinking of focusing him on Enchantment, so I would be taking Spell Focus in that, as well as Spellsong. Spellsong is so I can cast spells in public without drawing attention to myself.

This leads me to wondering what other feat I should take? I'd like to pump up his Fascinate ability, but I can't seem to find anything that would do that. As it stands, at level 6 he'd be able to fascinate something like 2 people. Wahoo.

Any advice on the direction of this character?

I think I've decided on taking Magical Lineage (Charm Person). That way I can eventually apply Still and Silent spell to it for a level 2 slot. Not bad for slyly charming someone.
