Hey all. In the game im currently in i just died and re-rolled a rogue. My DM and i were having a discussion and couldn't come to an agreement on how sneak attack works.
say i was using two weapons with improved two weapons and was level ten
So i would get 4 attacks on a full attack
It says when they are surprised or flat footed i get SA. Does the damage apply to ALL 4 attacks or just the first?
When im flanking do all 4 of my hits apply to SA or just the first?
and lastly, when they are prone do i get a SA?
Thanks all.

Okay several questions here:
First, when you are a level 10 rogue you have a BAB of 7. This entitles you to an attack at +7 BAB (then add modifiers) and at +2 BAB.
If you are fighting with two weapons then you can get an extra attack with the offhand weapon. Without the feat the penalties are horrendous, so you will want to take the feat. That would give you another attack at +7 BAB with the offhand weapon.
The feat 'improved twf' will get you a 2nd attack with the offhand weapon. Assuming that you have this feat (which requires the first twf feat), then you will have attacks at +7 BAB/+7 BAB(offhand)/+2 BAB/+2 BAB (offhand) with appropriate modifiers.
If your target (or targets) is flatfooted, denied DEX, or is flanked then you get sneak attack dice as extra damage should you hit. A few special creatures are immune to this (incorporeals, etc).
One way for the target to be denied their DEX is if they didn't see you. Once you attack them once, they see you. You could have been invisible (and now visible after the first attack) or hiding in dim light, etc. In such a case you would only get your sneak attack on the first attack as the others would not satisfy the target denied DEX, and you would need to be flanking them or something else in order to get sneak attacks with those.
If they are prone they are not denied their DEX score, so they would need to be flanked, flatfooted or some other condition in order for you to get sneak attack on them. Simply prone is not enough.
