Alright I wasn't sure where to put this, but I had a thought the other day as I was playing my Paladin/Oracle of life. With the release of Ultimate magic we have the vivisectionist, who gets sneak attack damage. His sneak attack damage doesn't stack with Rogue damage, it merges with it in one line of progression (instead of one level giving you +1d6, every odd level increases the sneak attack damage as normal).
I kind of think Channel Energy should work the same way. If I'm a Cleric/Oracle or a Paladin/Oracle wouldn't it make sense that the channel energy would be a cumulative total? I'm worshipping the same god either way, it seems a bit odd to have different channeling pools.
Thoughts?

Multiclass channeler with Command or Turn Undead feat.
Multiclass channeler with Extra Channel feat.
They definitely appear to stack as far as feat use is concerned. Having them stack for the base Channel Energy class ability may be a bit much.
An Oracle-1/Cleric-1/Paladin-8 with a charisma of 18 is able to channel energy 16 times per day. Should they all be as if done by a 10th level single-class cleric?

The most elegant solution I've been able to think of for this is:
1. Stack the channel dice
2. Do one of the following...
>a. Have the player choose which class's Channel/day calculation is used
>b. Use the Channel/day calculation of the class with the highest levels in it. If all classes are even, pick one or have the player pick one.
>c. Use the Channel/day calculation of the first class the player placed levels in to.

I guess I was thinking of it like this;
Channel dice should stack
Channel times per day should be the highest of the classes
I guess it's a little dicey on how lay on hands would interact with it, it might have to be a seperate pool all on its lonesome, it just seems odd that they would be completely seperate from each other. We'll find a balance that works with house rules, of course, and the ability works fine when not related to the other class that grants it, but it doesn't really fit right.
(completely off topic) A feat to give you +x level of Channel Energy not to exceed your overall character level would be good too.
