Eidolons and multiple attacks

Rules Questions

On p. 184 of the CRB, it states "A character who can make more than one attack per round must use the full-attack action (see Full-Round Actions) in order to get more than one attack."

Should I interpret this to mean than an eidolon with bite, claw, and tail slap attacks, for example, can only use one of them with a standard action, but could use all three if doing a full attack?

And does this apply to all monsters as well?

Thanks!

Correct. Standard action = one attack. Full attack = everything

Yes, it applies to monsters.
