I feel like making an archetype bewcause I have way too much time on my hands, so I feel like making a "Grammaton Cleric" from the movie Equilibrium. Obviously, it can't be a cleric. I feel like the monk is a perfect fit for it. I'm going to rewatch the movie tonight, but I'm wondering if you guys would like to see anything specific put in an archetype like this.
Obviously, I'll have to make flurry work with guns. Don't mention that, please.

Probably replace Monk unarmed strike progession with special combat rules for guns as both range and melee since the clerics do use them as both.

For the benefit of this archetype, I will introduce the following feat:
Arrows Pass Through
Prereq: Dex 15, Dodge, Deflect Arrows
Benefit: When using the Deflect Arrows feat you may choose to allow the arrow to pass through to another target instead of deflecting it. Choose a target that you would grant soft cover according to your attacker's position. Your attacker resolves her attack against that target instead of you.
Give the archetype Arrows Pass Through as a bonus feat option. Then, in order to emulate Gun Counting as depicted by the movie, allow the Grammaton Monk to choose to give up any number of attacks in a Flurry in order to gain an additional use of Deflect Arrows for each attack sacrificed.
As a higher level ability, you might also allow the Grammaton Monk to take a full round action to use Deflect Arrows any number of times during the round.

How high though? Like upwards of Quivering Palm high? or like Tongue of the Sun and Moon high?

I would say it's a proper ability for the 10th level feat. Maybe write it as a feat requiring Arrows Pass Through and Whirlwind Attack, then make it a level 10 bonus feat option. If you want it to be special to the archetype, I'd say just replace QP with the ability to take flurry attacks AND use Deflect Arrows any number of times that round.
