Is there a way for non-Witches to give familiars feats?

Rules Questions

I'm looking towards getting Toppling Spell-like Ability (I assume there's a SLA version of all metamagic, except the obvious ones) for my Ice Mephit. Is there a way to do this?

How do Witches give familiars feats?

There is not toppling SLA feat, and more importantly familiars don't get feats.

Beast-bonded archetype.

I was assuming a regular witch, but there is no toppling SLA feat.

In the Ultimate Magic book, there is a feat called Evolved Familiar which allows you to give your familiar any of the one-point enhancements that a summoner can give his or her eidolon.

I don't know if that might help you.

There is a PrC letting your Imp Familiar also function as Animal Companion (thus, gaining Feats),
but as mentioned, there are no go-fishing-for-metamagic-SLA-of-choice Feats in PRPG.

Not that you even need to worry about doing this type of thing to get awesome use out of a Familiar...

Which is this? I didn't know any prestige classes helped familiars...

Well, `help` seems an ironic word, since the PrC is furthering Hell`s grasp over you...
But it`s called the Diabolist in Paizo`s book on Devils, Book of the Damned Volume 1.
A pretty solid PrC, Evil-only of course.
