As the title says, I need help coming up with a magical item for a character like this. It's going to be a reward for a job, and for reference another member of the party is getting 3 +0 Adamantine Returning Arrows. WBL rules? Screw 'em. This is for a mini-campaign so I'm not worried about them.
The items are relics of the Magical T-Rex (long story), so if they can fit that theme, that'd be great. The Arrows are shaped like a tooth of a T-Rex, and they return due to the T-Rex's innate magical power. They will be given out by the head priest of the Church of the Magical T-Rex.
The campaign will mostly be facing kobolds.
Here are my ideas so far:
Bracers that give Great Cleave for free, with another minor benefit attached. I'm not sure what the other benefit would be though. The reason for this idea is that I can't imagine a barbarian without Great Cleave. Also, kobolds. Lots of them. This version will let the player act as if he had Cleave as well.
Bracers with Warrior Priest (from UM. Gives +1 init, and +2 to cast defensively) for free, this would probably include a moderate benefit. Thematically, this would really work with the character.
There's also a Druid with a T-Rex animal companion, but that should be easier to come up with an item for.

Maybe a T-Rex shaped helm that gives the rage power bite attack or improves it?
A little more info regarding the character concept/ build would help.

Good call. The character is a halforc from a full orc tribe, who wants to be the tribal warchief. During a fight for supremecy, his opponent called on his god to severely wound thd. Character. This is where the Curze came from (Lame, of course) and further where his spellcasting came from. He's an oracle of battle.
He uses a great axe.

Well, a bite attack would, maybe be fun then and be very T-Rexy. A big, bone, skull-looking helm.
I really like ralantar's Roar idea.
Maybe clawed boots that would allow a rend attack after a charge 1/day?
Other T-Rexy things to consider: Bonuses to intimidate, Natural armor enhancement, bonuses for devouring his victims, increases in physical size and speed increases.
