I am running Council of Thieves. My players should make it into Delvehaven soon.
I was looking over the stats for the soulbound dolls. I am confused about some f the saving throw info they give.
On page 28 of What Lies in dust it says for Draggy that his damage is reflex DC 11 for half. It then says the save DC is CON based. I thought reflex saves were based off of DEX?
For Molly Missy it says a DC 10 will save. But its CHA based.
What does it mean when it says that? I did not find anyplace in the core book about it.

In your example, the DC 11 is based on a calculation that is dependent on Draggy's Constitution. Were his constitution to change (poison, spell, etc.) then the DC would change. It doesn't have anything to do with how the target of Draggy's damage calculates his saving throw.

When an ability says that the DC is based on a statistic, it is referring to the static that helps the creature determine the save DC. For Molly Missy, if her CHA gets boosted, the DC of the ability increases. I don't have the statistics for the particular creatures, but let's assume that Missy has a CHA of 10, with a +0 modifier. If her CHA was boosted to 12 for some reason, that gives her a +1 modifier. This increase would take her ability from DC 10 to DC 11.
It's like how wizards add their INT modifier to the save DCs of their spells.

Most special abilities are DC 10 + 1/2HD +Stat mod. When it says the DC is -stat- based, it means that is the stat mod used to calculate the DC in question, much like the casting stat & spell level determine the DC for a cast spell.
Thus if this Draggy or Molly were to have their HD increased the DC might increase, and should their CON/CHA (resp) increase then their DCs would increase commensurately.
