Does having a caster level for a spell-like ability count as a caster level for the purpose of qualifying for feats?

Could I get a reference for this? My gut was that this is right (that is, that the answer should be no), but I've been looking through the core rulebook and APG, and I can't find a rule to this effect. Conversely, insofar as you have a "caster level" for a spell-like ability, and some feats only list a "caster level" as a prerequisite, it seems that the answer should be 'yes', oddly enough.
You don't have a caster level. You have a spell-like ability that operates at a caster level equal to your character level (or whatever).
IIRC, dev's have commented that having a caster level for a spell-like ability does not qualify you for feats or abilities, however, having a spell-like ability of a certain spell counts as having that spell. IIRC.

Do you have a specific example? I ask because many times a general answer will not fit all cases.
