Can I get a refund on an extra 3-day pass?

As it turns out, my son has final exams on the day we were to fly out, so he will not be able to come with me to PaizoCon (he's pretty bummed).
Can I get a refund on the extra 3-day pass?

You can! Make sure to contact Customer Service to do so, either by email, or posting in that section of the boards. :)

Before I can issue you the refund, please have your son sign onto Paizo.com and transfer the ticket back to your account. Let me know when that has been done, and I will get your refund processed ASAP.

It will depend on your individual bank's policies; it can be a couple hours or a couple business days. But if you don't see it appear within a day or two, please let us know!
