Lightning Rod spell in Ultimate Combat

On page 202 of the Ultimate Combat book, under the 7th Level Sorcerer/Wizard spells, a spell called "Lightning Rod" is listed.
Unfortunately, the spells description is never given anywhere else in the manual.

The short description says "Absorb electrical attacks and gain immunity to electricity".

Does anyone have a description of the spell anywhere else?
Was it intentionally left out of the Ultimate Magic book?

It looks like it was one of the spells cut very late in the process to make the spells chapter (which was running long) fit the allocated space.
