My cohort, who is a female, put on a belt of masculinity/femininity, had sex with my main and got her pregnant... I just thought I should share this role-playing adventure.
So your female characters female cohort put on a gender switch belt. They had sex and now your PC is knocked up? Just making sure I am following correctly.

Meh, stuff happens. You kinda see that kind of thing when you play Exalted, especially if Lunars get involved. Bloody furries will hump anything...
Two things come to mind:
a) is she (the pregnant PC) keeping the child, as in, carrying it to term?
b) if yes, she might want to go see a cleric to see if it's a boy or a girl. Just out of curiosity ;) .

Good to know I'm not the only one who has crazy things like this happen in his games...that is kind of messed up though. Can you imagin how the mothers are going to explain this to their kid.
"Sit down Junior we need to have a talk..."

It's in a Kingmaker campaign. Currently she (my character) is the treasurer, but she's also the younger sister of the King. And, the pregnancy is putting a kink in the plans of the general, who is trying to marry her off for political gains. The general is married to the Kings other younger sister/my (character's) older sister. This marriage is also a political arrangement because the general is homosexual.
My character is 4'9" 95lbs, skinny white girl. (Sorcerer/Rogue)
Her cohort is 6'1" 170lbs, tall black girl, missing one boob (she's an archer). (Rogue/Fighter)
This whole campaign is getting very roman, don't you think?

In 2nd edition, our group came across a few girdles of fem/masc over the years so my male wizard and the female rogue kept a couple so they could add a little variety to their sex life. My wizard was high enough level to cast Remove Curse so they could easily remove the belts when they were done.
It was an interesting and fun use of a cursed item.

Ah, ze politics, it always makes things... interesting :)
I suppose the younger sister is better married off quickly, before things get too obvious. It would be best if she is already seeing someone eligible, then - it is tragic when youths can't control their dalliances better, but such things happen in even the noblest families. Of course, steps would need to be taken that the child looks close enough to the "father" - but for a sister of a king some certain services could be arranged - such as, say, a limited wish or a more specialized spell to ensure the kid has the right looks (and, hopefully, that there are no complications with the pregnancy. The alternative would be abortion, but that is a bit tricky ethically (for the players or the characters) and, really, lacks the flair of the other solution.
I initially understood it that the guy the PC was married for was gay. This had a lot of potential for development and intrigue.

Oh, it's great fun, the player, plays it up and still has 2 kids now.
Most likely though my character is going to have the child out of wedlock in the face of everyone around her... she's that kind of character. Now when the child is born she is going to be very mad at her "lover". My character didn't know about the sex change, and was very drunk.
