Undead Anatomy and Monstrous Physique

Rules Questions

6 people marked this as FAQ candidate.

I'm assuming part of the purpose of these spells is to offer humanoid polymorphy options , basically a continuation of the buffs you can get through spells like enlarge person and alter self.

So In theory using these spells because you stay humanoid means your worn gear and weapons don't meld ? Or do they still ?

Either way would the spirt of the rules be to allow say a fighter who drinks an undead anatomy extract (from alchy friend) to turn into an undead skeleton wielding the same weapons and wearing same armour, and gear.

yes, I believe that since you stay the same general shape you can keep your gear intact just like you can with enlarge person... but I am going to FAQ this just in case I am wrong and the Paizo folks want to clarify.

anyone else got any thoughts on this ?
