wording is ... any creature that strikes a babau with natural or unarmed attack must save or take damage......
2 questions:
#1 Do you actually have to hit the babau or simply swinging at it is enough?
#2 Do we make a save/take damage for each attack or only one per creature? Let say a monk "flurry" a babau for 5 attack does he save 5 times or only once for the whole flurry?
have to hit. if you don't connect with his body no damage.
you take damage whenever you touch him. punch him 4 times damaged 4 times.

Anyone know how this would interact with grapple? Would you still get a reflex save? Would you take only 1d8, or an extra 1d8 if you used the attack action in a grapple, etc.
