we have a question about the paladin mercy , if you take the one that remove fatigue status , can you sleep in your armor , or dont sleep at all , and then use a lay on hand on you to remove it ? will the fatigue come back after one hour or not ?

You can actually sleep in light armor without being fatigued.
But to answer your question... Paladin Mercies completely remove the status effect, they don't delay it. So you could technically sleep in medium/heavy armor and use LoH to remove the fatigue, but then you're cutting down on your available LoH uses every day.
