I'd recommend subscribing for the next tome. It's well worth it, I already have my physical book in hand for something that won't be on shelves till mid next week. It's a must for someone like me who's "gotta have it now".

As long as you are in Us it's fine, but the shipping costs to EU are very high, so if you're from EU, subscription is no option. :(

At the risk of incurring the wrath of customer service, you could also ask really really nicely if your subscription could start with the copy of Ultimate Magic they already shipped you, in which case you'd gain access to the PDF.
I will state in advance that I have no idea what the response to that would be; I've been a subscriber since the Core Rulebook.
