not really a discussion, just a list of errors and things that need clarification please. No screams of this needs to be included because its OP.
so far people have brought up:
Antagonize feat (needs the 10+)
Cold Ice Strike (missing part of stat block)
Echo Spell (clear wording about stacking with spell perfection)
Anything else?
Antagonize does not need just the 10+, sorry.
Isn't there already another thread for errata? Am I wrong?

product errata threads seem by convention to be going into the product forum, surprisingly enough. (core rules book, APG, etc)
