A short question:
as a ranger you'll get a favored enemy at level 1, which gives a +2 bonus to varius stuff. You'll get a new favored enemy at lvl 5. The first favored enemy then gets a extra +2 bonus (+4 all together) but what about the new fav enemy? Does it get +2 or +4?
if the first is correct, what do you need +2 bonus on anything at lvl20?
Hoping for good and fast answers

"At 5th level and every five levels thereafter (10th, 15th, and 20th level), the ranger may select an additional favored enemy. In addition, at each such interval, the bonus against any one favored enemy (including the one just selected, if so desired) increases by +2."
At first level, you get +2 vs. something. At fifth level, you get another, which is +2. You can increase either of these to +4. At 20th level, you would effectively have 5 favored enemies, with 4 +2 bumps. These could be 4 at +4 and 1 at +2, 4 at +2 and 1 at +10, etc. at your option.
If you don't value the +2s at high level, that's up to you.
