If a character's size changes enough to warrant a size category change, would that lead to a change in base land speed? How much of a change? If there's a table somewhere let me know. Thanks.

How is it changing?

Spells like Enlarge Person state:

If you get bigger, you don't gain bonuses to speed. This is strange but true according to RAW. Don't tell me that it's to avoid a relatively small computation in the character's sheet since Enlarge is already a pain - and don't get me started on Beast Shape.

Let's consider things with a dash of logic:
- for most Small races, speed is 20'
- for most Medium races, speed is 30' (+10' or +50%)
- it should stand to reason that being Large gives you a base speed of at least 40', like those biggies from the Bestiary

Hm. That could be added as a houserule, then.

I was looking at an eidolon for a summoner that had eventually become huge from medium.

Just buy it more legs then "Each pair of legs increases the eidolon’s base speed by 10 feet." If extra pairs of legs don't fit the image of the Eidolon, work with the DM to class the Eidolon's original legs as being larger.
