This isn't a question for the Customer Service folks so much as for other Canadian customers. About how long does it usually take an order (specifically a single AP volume) to arrive? I think I'm on Business Day 12 (If Easter Monday counts, as I don't think it's actually a stat holiday), and I'm loath to bother these fine customer service people about it just yet.
I suppose it's just the anxiety that comes from not having a tracking number to click on every five minutes. Who knew?

Hi Feegle,
Unfortunately, we Canucks have to deal with tremendously inconsistent delivery times. AP#31 was still "in the mail" when AP#32 shipped to me. I received both of them in the same week (one on Monday, one of Friday). The customer service folks are awesome, but after two or three "sit tight for a week and then we'll talk" conversations (which always led to things finally arriving), I decided to extend my patience to about 5 week before I would ask.It sucks, but that's the way it is...

I tend to find that the "envelope" style packages (i.e., AP volumes, modules, etc.) take far longer than the "box" shipments. I don't know if it's just some weird glitch in the postal system, but those envelopes take 3-6 weeks for me, while boxes usually arrive in 1-3 weeks. I'm always happy when I can add enough stuff to my order (or a Planet Stories volume ships) that I get the box.
I'm in Calgary, for reference.

I usually get my stuff in 5-15 business days, although my last few shipments have been closer to the low end of that. I'm in Kitchener-Waterloo. Also, I'm pretty sure that Easter Monday was a day off for Canada Post, though I'm not 100% on that.

I noticed this recently. I had a 1 foot by 2 foot apron box mailed it arrived just before good Friday. an envelope package mailed 3 days after that box that I assumed would arrive 3 days later was 2 weeks longer. I live I'n the lower mainland I'n bc.

Thanks for all the answers, everyone. For the record, I'm in Toronto. I just subscribed to the Adventure Paths, and haven't got my first package (AP44) yet, and also just got the "shipping soon" for AP45, so it made me wonder about delivery times in general. I suspected that this was an anomaly just because of the fact that I was just beginning a subscription, so AP44 would ship later than usual.
Meh, whatever. I have the PDF in the meantime. :)
Oh and BTW, Rabbit, I think you're right about Easter Monday and Canada Post; my package apparently shipped on the Wednesday before Easter Weekend, so I suspected it wouldn't have crossed the border by that point.

I'm also in Toronto, and to give an idea of just how inconsistent delivery times tend to be, my AP44 arrived three days after it shipped. You are still waiting for yours. How can this be? Luck of the Canadians I guess.

I'm in Regina and I got Carrion Crown 2 today and it was shipped on April 15th, so it's a few days outside of the standard delivery time. I usually have my order just before the "Shipping Soon" email for the next volume.
