The description says that you need to have the requirements for any weapon ability to add it to the Amulet. Does this mean that I need Craft Magical Armor and Arms before I can create an Amulet of Might Fists? Or can I just emulate Acid Arrow and be done with it.
The feats are always a requirement and can not by bypassed. The only way to bypass item creation feats is if you have a bonded item.

I would say that the Craft Wondrous Item is the requisite feat. You don't need Craft Arms and Armor to make it a +5 item, so there isn't really any reason why you would need it to make it a +1 item with corrosive. Now, if for some reason you wanted to be able to smash people over the head with the amulet for corrosive damage, then you would need Craft Magic Arms and Armor.

It seems exceedingly silly to require CMA&A to enchant an Amulet, so I was hoping this would be an exception to the rule. An item like Bracer's of Archery I can understand, but the Amulet needing it is extremely wonky.
I never notice that the item was made with one set of feats, but enchanted with another before. I will probably allow it to be made with only the weapon feats. The item is already over-priced. To force two feats to be needed only makes it more annoying.

I'm gonna ask my DM about it. As Bob pointed out, you can enchant it to +5 without CM&A.
I don't think it's overpriced though. My character has 4 natural attacks, and the amulet applies to all of them.
edit: granted, the same could be said about a weapon that gets 4 attacks.

I guess if you are a druid you are correct. I was thinking about it for a monk.
