Can I refund my two Paizocon 2011 badges and banquet tickets? Unfortunately my wife and I cannot make this year do to shortage of money so I was wondering if we could refund our tickets?

If they don't refund you, consider posting on the "Need Banquet tix thread". Lot of people would love help find a home for those banquet tickets and I'm sure some would be willing to buy the whole kit and kaboodle from you for cover price just to get the banquet tix.

Yeah we would really like to try but on top of having no money to really do it our oldest daughters last day of school is the Friday of Paizocon. We will be watching all the blog posts and I hope you all have fun.

I see that my tickets are gone but I never got my money back. Could someone check it out please. I would be fine with store credit if that is how it works.

I just double checked and our records show that we credited the full cost of the two badges and banquet tix ($100) back to the originating card (Visa ending in 7688) on May 3. This was done in the morning on a Tuesday, so it may not have shown up in your account until the next day, or even Thursday, 5/4, or Friday, 5/5.

Please check your records again and see if this jives with what you have. If not, please let me know and we will see where the money went.
