Ross Byers arrested for ending "Homeless woman arrested for sending child to wrong school" thread.

I was just starting to enjoy the "Homeless woman arrested for sending child to wrong school" thread when someone called Ross Byers ended the thread. I am assuming that he didn't some of the posts on the thread. In my opinion, I liked all of the posts, because I strongly believe in Free Speech, and unpopular free speech has to be protected.

For that reason, I am placing Ross Byers under Citizen's Arrest for violating my Constitutional right of Free Speech. Now I have to read him his Miranda Warning:

Mr. Byers, you have the right to remain silent and refuse to answer questions. Do you understand?

Anything you do say may be used against you in a court of law. Do you understand?

You have the right to consult an attorney before speaking to the police and to have an attorney present during questioning now or in the future. Do you understand?

Umm not funny at all, Ross has a tough job Leafar and I bet he doesn't enjoy what he has to do sometimes. Maybe we should respect his judgment, since it is his job to make judgment calls about these threads.

For those who have an interest in First Amendment law, they might remember that it only pertains to government controls on free speech, not regulations of conduct in private venues of which this message board is one of, and that Free Speech is not an aboslute right.

I would think that Ross' lack of response to this thread is his practicing the strategy of "don't feed the troll, ignore him and move on".

That is what I would do/have done if I were him. No response by anyone would have worked even better. ;)
