Hello! So, I am making a new character. A sorcerer with the Arcane Bloodline and a Raven familiar. While creating her, a wonderful thought crossed my mind. Merciful combined with Magical Lineage, if applied to Magic Missile, would be cast, effectively, as a 0th level spell. Or am I reading this incorrectly? I know this topic was discussed before, but I never actually saw an official post concerning the topic!

The metamagic feat doesn't modify the spell, it is the trait that does, and would be a trait bonus, which, yes, don't stack with other trait bonuses. But, seeing as how you can't have a trait from the same list as another existing trait, that isn't a problem.
You are correct the trait does not mention a modifier just the final level.
Your problemm is quite a different one, you do not have level 0 spell slots. You can cast cantrips als often as you like but the trait transform the spell into a cantrip no matter what slot it would use.
