Polymorphing in a Girallon

If a caster uses Beast Shape IV and choose a Girallon, how can he use those extra arms?
1) Can he use (taking a warrior level) 2 2handed weapons? es. 2 falchions
2) Can he use 2 bows?
If so, what penalities/feats should he gets/take?

Not really...he doesn't get multiweapon fighting...but he can use girallon's natural attacks...

He won't ever qualify for Multiweapon Fighting outside Girallon form. He CAN use those arms for multiweapon fighting in form; he will just suck at it.
