The standard sheet already has everything you need; in fact, animal companions have fewer abilities and such to keep track of, so it actually works better for them. Are you looking for something in particular?

I've found that at higher levels, record keeping for mounts and companions can get just as complicated as for PCs. I'm always running out of room in that section of the regular Character sheet.
As it so happens, I'm currently writing a guide to mounts and mounted combat for Pathfinder. I've been debating about whether to include a character sheet just for mounts or not.
