An evil creature casts these spells. Are these three types of summoned swarms considered evil for the purpose of a magic circle vs. evil protecting a party from them?
Spells are only evil if they have the [evil] tag (such as blasphemy). Some spells automatically have that tag, others get it based on the alignment of the caster or what it's affecting (such as a summon spell that summons an evil creature). These three spells are neither, so magic circles won't help.
