I was wondering about making some feats that require specific rage powers.
Any thoughts or opinions on this?
one idea i had was a feat that required the rage power "Ground Breaker" that would allow the Barbarian to direct this area effect into a cone, basically having the same effect but rather than it effect adjacent squares it would shoot out like a cone originating on the Barbarian.
any thought on this. (this is a rough idea not fully fleshed out)

In general it is not a bad idea, but what I would think of the actual feats would depend on the specific feat.
Yeah, "feats requiring a specific other thing" isn't really an idea, so it can't be a good or bad one. The specific feat you mention is a good one though.
The idea is good and has precedent (3.5 had some feats based of on certain rogue talents), so I say go for it.
