Okay, here are some ideas on who would be the ultimate superhero. First, start with Superman, then put him in Iron Man's armor, then give him Captain America's shield for his left arm, and with his right hand he carry's Thor's hammer. Also, he has on the Infinity Gauntlet on his right hand too.
Don't forget to inject him with some super soldier serum and give him the symbiote also... (ok, won't add that much more to the superman base, but it's like icing on the cake), as for batman, forget the utility belt, give the hero stark AND wayne enterprises.

Nope. Sorry, but all you need for the ultimate superhero is a tyranosaur in mechanized power armor.

What is heroic about it; this sound more like building the ultimate villian; all villians try to do just this; get more gear, armament; defensive weapondry to be unstoppable; This tread is more villain building. I would think ultimate supehero would need some serious issues to deal with; epic things to overcome; 12 step program for self development.

I would imagine that the Iron Man armor isnt built to withstand many blows from the likes of Superman from the inside. After a number of punches (could be 2, could be 100), I think the gloves would begint o break. Really, I dont thnk the suit does much of anything for him except maybe slow him down a bit(tiny bit) cause then he's carrying more stuff.

You also have to transplant Batman's brain into superman's body...along with the fighting skills of Cap. America.
Also throw in Longshots luck power.

Ok guys you have come up with a pretty decent mix but now for something totally diffrent.
Scrap superman totally(hello kryptonite is like every freakin where)
Instead start with the Hulk, add Wonder Womans fighting skills and powers(flight, truth aura, etc) then throw in the helmet of Nabu for protection from magic.
So you've got a super strong invunrable SKILLED warrior that can't be brought down by either might or magic.
Or if you really wanted to keep it all female transfer Wonder Womans powers and gadgets to she-hulk.

They have already done this. Doctor Strange-Fate. It was Professor X with the skills and accoutrements of both Dr. Fate and Dr. Strange, wearing the mystical original Green Lantern ring of Alan Scott, with Beta ray Bills Hammer, and the abilities of Shazam. Not Captain Marvel but the Sorcerer Shazam who game Captain Marvel his abilities. He in this Amalgamation gave those abilities to a Storm/Wonder Woman character.

None of you are even close to ultimate.
You're also a couple of years too late, as the ultimate superhero has already been done :)
