Lois Lane, the current wife of Superman/Clark Kent/Kal-El, is a reporter for the Daily Planet. We all know her background, and depending on who draws her she is very attractive.
Mary Jane, the former wife of Spider-Man/Peter Parker, who is now single due to a deal with the Devil (Mephisto). She is a model/actress, and she is ultra hot, except for the three Spider-Man movies where is just OK.
It's clear that a fight between them would involve a lot of profanity, hair pulling, nail scratching, clothes tearing, until they are down to their lingerie. In the end, Mary Jane would be the winner.
Why, you ask? Lois Lane has been in a lot of dangerous situations, but due to Super-Man super flight/speed, he is always there in seconds to save her. She is used to that, and it has made her soft.
Mary Jane, however, has had to deal with supervillains on her own many times. She has been kidnapped several times, once by Venom, and barely survived. Spider-Man is fast, but he can't get across the world in less than a second. Those repeated kidnappings and attempted murders has made Mary Jane very tough. She even made a deal with the Devil to end her marriage to Spider-Man and erase 20+ years of history. Saving Aunt May's life was just a bonus...

I have to agree. Mary Jane has taken down villains on her own. Styx and Stone come to mind. When Spiderman arrived to rescue her, it was more like, "Oh, I see you've already dealt with the problem. Would you like a lift, honey?"
The most Lois ever manages is tossing the Kryptonite out the window so Superman can rescue her.

Exactly! She's been handling kryptonite - a dangerous, radioactive substance - for damn well over 70 years. With no harmfull effects! She'd take one look at Mary Jane and b&+$& slap her into the next pointless thread!
