Another (different) Wild shape question

Rules Questions

Hi,
I ready the Druid's Wild shape description & beast shape spell - and it raised some questions:

1. As I understand it, wild shape no longer grants you the animal's physical abilities (str, dex, con) ?

2. I didn't see how you're suppose to claculate your new AB - based on your BAB - the animal as it apear in the monster manual?

3. how do you determine the damage inflicted? base damage is same as the animal, I suppose - what about if I'm high enough level to have multiple attacks?

4.what if I'm low level but the animal has 2 or more attacks - do I gain them all?

thanks!

You use yours, with bonuses based on the particular spell (Beast shape 1 grants +2 Str for Medium forms, for example)

You use your normal BAB, and your Strength bonus as normal (well, plus Beast Shape bonuses). So if you're 4th level (+3 BAB) with Str 16, and you turn into a Deinonychus (a Medium creature, raising your Str to 18) you have a +7 to hit total (3 BAB + 4 Str).

Animals never get multiple attacks from BAB. Those are only with manufactured weapons or unarmed strikes (not natural attacks, which are different mechanically). Unless the animal has hands and you're using a weapon, you don't get the high BAB attacks.

Yes, you gain them all. Which is why the answer to #3 isn't a big deal. The Deinonychus form character mentioned above gets 4 attacks total, same as the Deinonychus (2 talons and a bite at +7 and foreclaws at +2).

Of course, like all other muliple attacks, you only get these on a Full Attack action.

Thanks!

that's pretty much covered everything :)
