I had something of brain hiccups (less of an epiphany) while running a game last week.
So, since Lady Gaga quaintly refers to her fans as 'my little monsters', would that mean that she's Lamastu?
And who else might you map into the role of any of Golarion's deities?
Gaga at the beginning of born this way video = Lamastu

Meh I would put Lady Gaga as either Desna or Calystra personally.
Micheal Jackson would be Shelyn's brother.
Well, while I agree so far as looks go, I wasn't really fixating on just sheer appearance for making the match. Concepts work too.
And I think I'd put Michael Jackson in as one of the the lords of the undead. Though Zon-Kuthon isn't so bad of a choice, what with his ties to the strange gods from the outer realms.

Yeah that's why I put them where I did.
Zon-Kuthon really fits MJ well.
And I don't think anyone really understand either of the insect goddesses... just as I don't think anyone really understands Lady Gaga.
And I don't really think she's all that evil. A bit chaotic (maybe a bit 'touched' shall we say) but not evil.

NOW for mother of monsters I humbly submit either Britney Spears, or Octo-mom.

I'll never look at Zon Kuthon the same way again :(
It gets worse when you realize you could actually see Zon Kuthon doing Thriller.

Meh. Lady Gaga is a poor man's Bjork.
For Asmodeus, I want the creepiest person to ever play the devil, Viggo Mortensen, from Prophecy (and some movie about hobbits, whatev). Sadly the Robert de Niro of 1987 isn't available, because he was a really awesome devil in a movie that year...
Cate Blanchett (Lord of the Rings, the Indiana Jones movie that shall not be named) could do Pharasma, if she goes with the same ethereal-yet-commanding prescence she used for Galadriel.
Jared Leto (awsome band, 30 Seconds to Mars, some terrible movies, not worth naming) as Nethys? I could see it.
I'd pick Emma Caulfield (Darkness Falls, Buffy) for Calistria, whether she looked the part or not, just because of her stint as Anyanka, 'patron saint of scorned women' and vengeance demon.
The exponentially hot Sarah Shahi (Life, Fairly Legal) as Sarenrae.
Tiffani Thiessen (White Collar) as Shelyn. She's full-figured, but pretty. In that vein, Sarah Lancaster (Chuck) is no Twiggy, but has it going on.
Pinhead as Zon-Kuthon. :)

Johnny Depp would make a great Nethys. Tell him he gets to dress up as a juiced-up version of Nethys and go all protect and destroy on things and be just crazy and he'll be on board ;-)
Jewel Staite would make a great Shelyn.
And to really annoy all those Firefly haters (may your first day in hell last 10000 years, and may it be the shortest!), I want Morena Baccarin to grow her hair back and do Calistria.
Bonus: If any of you Firefly haters still haven't cut their arteries with a razor, let Gina Torres be Pharasma.
I might be biased, but a lot of the cast would make sense.
Adam Baldwin as Gorum,
Nathan Fillion as Cayden Cailean (I can just see him waking up, realising he has divine powers, and going "huh")
Summer Glau will take the Sarenrae part (okay, so maybe I want to see how she looks with fiery red hair)

Don't foget he was in G.I. Jane.
:)
That's a really intriguing pick, and I can actually see that now that you mention it.
Back in the days of the older editions when we had our little fantasy games of who could play this hero or that villain I always favoured Charles Dance (who has been tapped to play Lord Havelock Vetinari for Discworld and Tywin Lannister of A Game of Thrones). And before he was on my radar I thought the part of the Dark Prince of the Pit could have been played by Jeremy Irons (also, ironically tapped to play Lord Vetinari).

Hmm...
Abadar: Lani Tupu
Achaekek: Ray Park
Asmodeus: John Glover
Besmara: Gina Tores
Brigh: Hmm... I'd put Summer Glau here because she can do fluid mechanical movements, anyone else come to mind?
Calistra: Raelee Hill
Cayden Cailean: I'm going to put Adam Baldwin here.
Desna: Izabella Miko
Erastil: Anthony Simco
Gorum: Keith David
Iomedae: Lexi Doig might fit the role. Gina Carano would be better though.
Irori: Sean Reynolds ;-) Or Arnold Voslo
Lamashtu: CGI, but voiced by Julie Newmar.
Nethys: Wayne Brady
Norgorber: Wil Wheaton.
Shelyn: Hmm, Jewel Stait definately has merit. Else Miracle Laurie
Zon Kuthon: Alan Tudyk.

Ron Perlman as Rovagug.
Who else could wear that much makeup/prosthetics?
I was thinking Gary Busey. He's looking pretty bad these days, so he might not even need makeup, and his attitude is a great match.
For Desna, I was thinking Sigourney Weaver. She has that sort of ageless quality, and she can do the various emotions that deity embodies -- anger, determination, compassion.
I agree that Charlie Sheen IS Cayden Cailean.
Amy Winehouse would make a good Urgathoa, given that she's technically undead right now.
