Does casting Enangle give Concealment to those in the area of effect?

Yeah, RAW Entangle does not offer any protection to people inside. A party of an Evoker, two Druids, a Ranger and an Alchemist seem to be shredding anything they come across as long as they have access to vegetation... lots of ranged weapon mayhem.
