Calculating Monk FoB and How to Deal with the Ultimate Monk

I'm not sure if the monk in my game is calculating the attack bonus for his furry of blows correct. Could someone run me through the math, assuming the Monk is 3rd level, has a strength of 18, and no other feats affecting the numbers?

It should be +1/+1 (flurry BAB which is Monk LVL -2/-2 because of TWF) and +4/+4 cause of Strength. So the total should be +5/+5.
