How much do 20 arrows cost? In the table for Silver items it only says that cost for ammunition is +2 gp, but I don't know whether that's per arrow or per stack.

So, is it 4 or 82?

It is 4. +2 GP is equivalent to putting a silver piece on the tip of each of the 20 arrows.

I would have called it the other way, since Alchemical Silver is not the same as regular silver, and seems to be more expensive. It also matches up better with the costs to coat a melee weapon with the stuff.

OTOH, it's pretty much chump change either way after first or second level, so I don't suppose it much matters.
