Mutants or freaks are often portrayed with extra body parts in the wrong places. I thought I should give these horrible mutations their own topic. I hope we never get 100 of these.
1: A foot growing out of the side of your head.
2: A nose growong out of the ankle right above one of your feet.
3: A face, on one of your butt cheeks, and it complains constantly.
4: Teeth, growing in your ear canal.
5: Eyes on the bottom of both feet.
6: An extra head, inside your body, pressing against your bladder, trying to scream constantly.
7: Huge wings that don't work, not even for gliding.

9. A part of the brain that comes up with useless lists IN THE GAME!
10. The part of my brain that makes my character try to click on things IN THE GAME!I have to say, an eye on the bottom of the foot could be useful.
Read Wild Cards. Eyes in the wrong places=constant pain.
11. If you grew a womb that kept producing dead babies, you would have it removed.

9. The part of the brain that comes up with the [CLEAVES] and useless list threads.
+1
Whoever made the [Cleaves] thread was accusing people of ignoring it awhile back in a separate thread. I was like, "If we wanted to read it, we would." Otherwise its ignored, by people who have no use for it. So whatever.

Depends where on the bottom of the foot, if it on the surface or sunk in, and how big. Specifics.
As for the dead babies thing, a necromancer would find it highly useful. Materials for flesh golems, tiny sized skeletons or zombies, or just snacks...

77. Mother of Corrupted Flesh: Once every 3d4 Months the characters abdomen begins to swell and character experiences horrible abdominal pains for 3d4 hours. After this time the character "gives birth" to a malformed infant clone of him or herself. The clone wails and moans for 1d4 hours then dies. The birthing process inflicts 3d6 damage on the parent character.
I don't think this is a good mutation for PCs.
It's more of a "My character slays themselves, I'm rolling up a new one" type mutation.

Hey it only interferes with adventuring for 3-12 hours ever 3-12 months. Totally playable character. :)

Your call for your game. I just hope the other members of the party don't start tossing dead babies into rooms to check for traps. I hear there's some of that going around.

78. Serpent Tongue: The characters tongue transforms into a serpent like creature. The serpent must be feed human flesh once a day or it begins to thrash in hunger and coil up in the characters throat suffocating him from the inside. The tongue often extends out of the characters mouth and peers around, occasionally locking eyes with the character and almost seeming to smile.
Note that a being that has their tounge cut out to keep them alive cannot speak. If by some miracle an NPC found out how to survive with this, they would make a good serial killer for the game. If it's ok with Kalyth I'll make this 12 and expand this topic to everything that does not fit in with PC mutations.
13. No arms and legs. The character is a torso and head.
14. Mutti, otherwise called Mutant Troll or Freaky Oger. Put all of Intelligence but 2 into Strength. Put all of Wisdom but 2 into Constitution. Put all of Charisma but 2 into Dexterity. On the plus side they have no detectable alignment no matter what they do.

15. Mother Cyst
Has a tumor(benign for them) that costs them one hit point per level.
Can infect someone with a lesser tumor(Save DC 10+mutants level fort) that can have terrible effects on it's host.

16. Cancer
Dies in horrible pain in 1-4 weeks. A heal spell will reset the clock.
Wish or miracle to actually remove this death sentence.
