1 / 2 fiend monk

Rules Questions

Has there ever been a definitive ruling on monk flurry attacks as combined with natural attack routines? I have a player who's going to be applying the 3.5 half-fiend template. I'm certain since he'll have two claws and a bit, he'll go for the multi-attack feat. My instinct is to say that two claws and a bit are all he gets, OR flurry of blows, but no combination thereof. It seems like a balance issue in order to keep the number of his attacks reasonable. However, I've read a couple posts here and elsewhere that suggest otherwise. Is there an official ruling?

Excellent. That's what I was looking for. Duh, and there it is right in the Monk description. Guess I could have cracked a book before posting...
