I have dozens upon dozens of downloads and its getting hard keeping track of them. I would print the My downloads page and then mark them off one-by-one - sometimes having to re-download the PDF because I wasn't sure I had it or not (wasting my time and your server resources).
Would you had a "Hide" checkbox next to each download that would remove them from the main `My Downloads` screen. You could still get to all of them by including a filter "Show Hidden" or a tab that has "All".

I don't have my todo list in front of me at the moment but there are like fifteen different things on it that relate to this very issue. We have some things we need to take care of first but making your My Downloads page more useful is definitely one of the things we are planning to do.
