I definitely use this program. I used the free trial license and quickly realized that it's a great option for long-distance gaming. Now, a long-time friend and I have a pretty regular (almost weekly) campaign going, even though he lives in Texas and I live in San Diego.
I'm even considering hosting some Pathfinder Society games on it.
The program is initially geared toward D&D 3.5e, but rule set data for Pathfinder is available on the d20Pro website forums. Additionally, if you already use Hero Lab, you can export any Hero Lab character for easy importing into d20Pro.
I highly recommend it.

There have to be others. I haven't been able to get myself organized enough to run a regular society game in, but it's on my to-do list.
My advice would be to check out the d20Pro forums, as well as the game connection threads, here.
If I ever get my act together, I'll look you up and see if you're still looking for a game.

I bought a license today after seeing this.
Even if I don't use it right away, for $12.50, I couldn't pass it up.

Did they give you the code right away?

I ordered it, but I haven't gotten the email yet. I'm not worried. I trust Ed Healy.

Email came last night at 11:56 pm. I have my code and will be downloading and installing later. I'm really looking forward to playing with this!
Edit: Downloaded, installed, redeemed and online! I've got a learning curve to hit, but this looks like a great alternative to a weekly face-to-face game!
Thanks for the update...
It does seem like it will be a bit of a learning curve, but so far, I like what this one offers more than Maptool...

I am in a Pathfinder game in d20 Pro and it work well. There are some flaws with the program of course. For one Java doesn't handle packet loss very well so the game freezes sometimes. Magic users have to tell the dm what spells they memorize for the day. Also the game cannot handle the unlimited level zero spells. There are a couple other problems I noticed but hopefully they will be corrected in future updates.

I'm using d20Pro to run my Rise of the Runelords campaign (thread here -- comments about my experience with d20Pro are interspersed with some of the earlier posts, but it's a campaign journal, so RotRL spoilers abound).
It's not a perfect program, but it's pretty good for my purposes, and I like it a lot. Would wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone trying to put together a VTT game.

What killed d20Pro for me was the inability (as far as I could determine) to use Hex maps. I wanted to be able to place my Kingmaker overland maps in the product (in addition to battlemaps) so that I could use it to perform reveals of explored territory.
If it turns out that it *can* use a hex grid, then I'd likely reconsider.
