Stand Still (Combat)
You can stop foes that try to move past you.
Prerequisites: Combat Reflexes.
Benefit: When a foe provokes an attack of opportunity due to moving through your adjacent squares, you can make a combat maneuver check as your attack of opportunity. If successful, the enemy cannot move for the rest of his turn. An enemy can still take the rest of his action, but cannot move. This feat also applies to any creature that attempts to move from a square that is adjacent to you if such movement provokes an attack of opportunity.
I searched to see if this was already answered, and couldnt find anything that sounded definite.
An enemy that moves through a 'threatened' square, but not 'adjacent' cant be targeted with this feat, right?
So, if i have a reach weapon wielding human w this feat and 5 ft reach, if someone runs by at 10ft out, I can still make an AoO, but cant use Stand Still.
Same conditions w the enemy running by directly adjacent to me, I can cant make an AoO with the reach weapon (but still could with a bladed gauntlet or something), and CAN use Stand Still.
Do I ahve those correct?

No, the target of a Stand Still attack MUST be adjacent to you. That means it does not work wiht reach weapons unless said weapon can also attack at range 1, and then only when attacking at range 1.
