Harrow. The cards are used to tell a person's fortune, and when used in additon to a spell, can atually influence the outcome of events. However, this spell was created before the APG came out, and as such, do not list wether or not this ability can be used by a witch, or an Oracle. These would be excellent classes to perform a harrowing with.
Or am I the only person who things this?

There is the "Harrowed" feat from the Campaign Guide. Allowed you to draw a card and depending on which ability the card was based off of, you could add a +2 circumstance bonus to a roll later that day. Not sure if they are going to redo this feat in the upcoming World Guide, but it would be nice to see again.
I have a bard that has ranks in profession (fortune teller) that I use the harrow deck to perform readings. It's more of a roleplay thing, but its been a lot of fun.

The spell harrowing appears on page 295 of the new Inner Sea World Guide. It is a bard 3, sorcerer/wizard 3, witch 3 spell.

Oh really? Well, that solves that... Now to get the Inner Sea World Guide... :D

I would also add that spell to an Oracle of the Heavens as a special spell. They get powers of divination and adding the Harrow spell to their choice of options looks like a good fit. This would be done in the same way that some clerics of specific gods get access to spells or summon creatures that other clerics do not.

Note that although the spell itself is normally only a bard, sorcerer/wizard, or witch spell... ANY class that takes 1 level in the Harrower prestige class gains harrowing as a spell as well. So if you want an oracle that casts this spell, taking levels in the Harrower prestige class gets it for you as early as 6th level.
