1) Under the Horizon Walker's Jungle Dominance power, it says that the charm monster ability can be used only on 'animals, magical beasts, and creatures primarily found in the jungle'. Since animals and magical beasts fall under 'creatures', should I take this to mean that the ability can be used on animals/beasts from -any- environment?
2) I'm curious as to how the same ability from multiple classes stacks. For example, take the Brightness Seeker PrC from Elves of Golarion. It gains the Wildshape ability, which stacks with levels of another class that grants Wildshape. However--what if that class -hasn't- granted that ability? For instance, say the character has 5 levels of Brightness Seeker, and finally takes one level of Druid. Is their effective Wildshape level Druid 6? Or does it remain at 5, locked, until the druid gains Wildshape normally, at which point all levels suddenly stack?

1) good question, I assume it can be used on any animal or magic beast. That is what it says and that actually makes the most sense to me, being too limited otherwise.
Though I do think creatures primarily found in jungles is a bit too vague, I can work with it.
2) Looking at similar mechanics, like uncanny dodge I assume you actually have the ability to be granted the improvement.
the 5 level boost doesnt bother me so much, though if a player would tell me he is advancing to lvl 5 druid I'd smooth it out over a few levels instead.

was this erratad? the copy i see is
at 3rd level the brightness sekers develop an even stronger capacity to call upon the forms of their prior animal incarnations, which manifests as the ability to wild shape as a druid once per day.
so they'd gain the ability at 3rd level of the prc ( about 8th level ). they already need to be minimum 5th level to take the class. a regular druid would have wild shape at 4th level, so by 8th, all the levels of the brightness seeker would stack for determining wild shape.
