I know that your basing the samurai off the cavalier, but is it too much to ask that you change Orders into Clans? Goes better with the vibe of the samurai. You already have the "Ronin" clan, why not just build from there.
Also, ditch the whole "Order of the Warrior" and make that into a clan.

From what you've said, it sounds like your interpreting the wording as concrete. If you want samurai to have clans, just call the orders clans. It's not a gamebreaker. I'm sure they simply keep 'orders' because it streamlines the rules with the cavalier orders.
On a side note, I'm pretty sure samurai is a singular and plural noun. No s needed. XP
