Just thought I would drop a line and say thanks for the good work to the folks in the warehouse.
I just received two boxes today in the mail. And the difference between those two boxes was like night and day.
One was from Paizo with my monthly stuff including the Inner Sea book and a new copy of the core rule book to replace my older one I gave away to a friend. It was well packed and had some Uline material keeping the books secure and in the center of the box.
The other box was from Amazon and had a couple of DVD's and four other books not related to RPG's. They were all just dumped in the box with a small "air pillow" and the plastic on the DVD's was broken and all the books had dinged corners.
The quality of the work done by Paizo goes beyond the products and artwork all the way down the the people loading trucks. Kudo's and thanks!

You know, I ordered some small things from Paizo a while ago, and thinking back...
Paizo, please have a monthly BBQ day for your warehouse/logistics people, they're doing good things.
