Summoning Native Outsiders

Im assuming you can't actually summon an Outsider with the keyword 'Native' but I can't seem to find a specific ruling on it. Can anyone clarify?

Sure you can, it just usually involves shouting really loud, "Hey tiefling come over here."

No need for a ruling... They're not on the Summon Monsters table and the calling spells specifically say that they only call outsiders from other planes. If the outsider is "Native" that means it's native to the Prime Material plane and not summonable through normal spells, unless the spell specifically has an exception in it's description.

Now I can't help but think about how much fun it would be for my sorcerer to be able to summon the party's tiefling, lol.

Could you summon a native outsider if you are not on the Prime Material?
