Hi Paizo - could you please ship this as soon as possible without waiting for any preorders or backorders?

By listing Psionics Unleashed to 'ship with future subscription' I assumed you'd put one aside for me when the batch came in in January or whenever it was. Now my subscription has arrived, you're out of stock (though I'm sure I had it preordered when you had some in stock). It seems I have to cross my fingers and hope it will be in stock when a subscription shipment falls due, which isn't what I was expecting.

If I have any non-Paizo items on preorder or backorder (in my sidecart or in any pending order) I'd like you to cancel them please. I don't understand how your system works and it's frustrating me rather than helping.

All your items are ready to go. Psionics Unleashed is on backorder for people who order it now because all the copies we have on hand are currently spoken for.

Your order will ship out on time and won't be waiting on anything :)

As per your request, I've cancelled the preorder for 1 on 1 Adventures #15: Cipactli's Maw (PFRPG) Print Edition from your sidecart.

I will also bring this up at our customer service meeting, because I get this type of question somewhat often and it seems that we could word the confirmation emails a little bit more clearly.

It appears that there was a little delay in getting one of the items, the "BattleBox: 4th Edition", but this item should be showing up from distribution soon and we will get your order boxed up and shipped out shortly thereafter. If you still haven't heard anything by the end of the week, let me know and I will check again.
