Skeletons of Scarwall PFRPG monster question some Spoilers

I am doing some prep work for when I will be running Scarwall in a couple of months, and I was attempting to locate any PFRPG versions of the monsters in the module, I am running the AP in PFRPG. I have located most of them in either Bestiary I or II. However some have eluded me, and may in fact not have published conversions at this time. I was wondering if anyone knew of official PFRPG versions of the following.

I haven't found those anywhere else. I am one week into running Scarwall and finished my conversions, if you would like to save some time.

There's a thread with PF conversions of all the monsters/NPCs in Scarwall. Only thing I noticed that is missing in the chained devil. (Or maybe I didn't print it out or lost the printout...)
They were done already when I needed them so I yanked them. :)

I appreciate the information. I already have conversions from another thread here. I was really just curious if I was missing an official version of any of them, especially the Demilich.

I'm doing some conversion work, too--mostly now just matching NPCs to new feats and classes that seem more thematically appropriate, but I'm willing to share final copies once they're, well, final.
