Need help remembering a 3rd party spell

I'm sorry to be vague but I remember reading a sampling of a 3rd party spell on these boards but I can't remember the name of the book it was going to be published in or the name of the spell.

Basically the spell was a low-level spell that modified cantrips so that they were more effective did more damage.

Does anyone have ANY idea what I'm talking about?

I didn't find any references to such a spell but I did find a lot of homebrew cantrips plus feats and stuff.. a lot of them are pretty good.
