I was looking over the druid's spells as I prepared them and when I looked at Call Lightning and Call Lightning Storm, a question arose. Is it affected by magical storms, such as Sleet Storm? It doesn't state one way or the other on it so I just took it as it is unaffected but would like to verify this.
So is it affected?

In terms of doing d10's instead of d6's ?
Then the answer is yes, those spells will also do d10's if you wildshpae into a air elemental of sufficent size and create a whirlwind

Yes it is. It specifically states that it would even work with the whirlwind of an air elemental.

the only real limiting factor is the required standard acton to call a bolt which at best is doing 5d10 damage
I originally looked at this a while ago, if you metamagic the spell to enlarge its area (with a rod) then its hitting a 10ft square and you maybe be able to catch 2 monsters instead of just 1.
I think the most efficent use of it is wildhspaing into whirlwind form and moving over creature letting the whirlwind cuase them trouble requing only a move action and then using your standard to call bolts.
while being a whirlwind your immune to a bunch of things like being attacked so its a good defensive stance while throwing out bolts.
