Is the casting time of Shadow Conjuration still 1 standard action when reproducing a Summonging spell level 3 or lower?

Lets say I want to cast Shadow Conjuration and reproduce a Summon Monster III (School conjuration (summoning)) spell. Does the casting time of my Shadow Conjuration increase to 1 full round?

Rather not. Otherwise the casting time would be "see texts" as it is the case with range, effect and duration which clearly mimic those of the spell copied.
